Mancan Staffing has teamed up with a steel company in Mogadore who is seeking an experienced Janitor!
6am-2pm Monday - Friday
Pay rate is $17.25/hr
Experience: Minimum 1 year of commercial or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and order across our heavy steel supply facility, including the active warehouse, fabrication floors, corporate offices, and communal employee zones.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Industrial Floor Care: Sweep, mop, and operate industrial floor scrubbers to clear metal shavings, grease, dust, and debris from high-traffic warehouse aisles.
Waste Management: Empty heavy-duty trash bins, recycle scrap materials safely, and dispose of industrial waste according to safety protocols.
Office & Breakroom Sanitation: Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, locker rooms, cafeterias, and corporate office spaces daily.
Hazard Removal: Promptly clean liquid spills, oil leaks, and tripping hazards to prevent workplace accidents on the production floor.
Supply Inventory: Monitor cleaning chemical stock, request inventory refills, and maintain all janitorial equipment in safe working order.
Outdoor Maintenance: Clear debris from walkways, loading docks, and main entrance areas to ensure safe truck and pedestrian access.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
