💰 Pay: $21–$26 per hour, based on experience
🌙 Shift: 3rd Shift — Additional $2/hour shift differential

Mancan Staffing is hiring a 3rd Shift Production Supervisor for an industrial manufacturing facility in New Eagle, PA! We are seeking a hands-on leader with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and manufacturing experience to oversee production operations and lead a team of approximately 12 employees.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, improving production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a safe and organized work environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Supervise and support approximately 12 full-time and contract employees during third shift.
• Maximize production output and labor efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct safety training and ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
• Monitor production rates, product quality, housekeeping, and workplace safety.
• Set daily housekeeping goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products as needed.
• Train employees and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Identify and correct unsafe practices, production deficiencies, and process inefficiencies.
• Provide coaching, resolve conflicts, and support employee development.
• Communicate production adjustments and operational needs to the Production Manager and Scheduler.
• Operate material-handling equipment as needed and assist with opening or closing the facility.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing, contracting, forklift, Bobcat, or related industrial experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and accommodate occasional schedule adjustments.
