Mancan is currently looking for 2nd and 3rd shift operators.
Job Summary:
Responsible for operating and monitoring molding machines to produce quality products according to production specifications and safety standards.
2nd shift hours 3:45pm to 12:15am - $15 hr
3rd Shift hours 11:45pm to 8:15 am - $16hr
Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor molding machines.
Load materials and remove finished products.
Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance.
Report equipment issues to the supervisor.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required.
