Monday - Friday 12PM-8PM or until job is finished
Payrate; $18hr
• Ensure production area is cleaned, sanitized and ready for next use
• Make sure anyone in Production area follows sanitation SOP’s for food handling, etc.
• Ensure there is no possible allergen or other type of contamination in Production area
• Aid Production Team, upon request, following all Production SOP’s to the smallest detail
• Record in Sanitation Log what has and has not been cleaned and readied for the next production day at the end of each day
• Track inventory of cleaning supplies and advise Plant Manager of status at end of day each Friday
• Other projects/tasks as needed to successfully perform in this position
Qualifications Needed:
• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of experience in sanitation field
• Thorough understanding/knowledge of food safety protocol
• PCQI (Food Safety) Certification Preferred (can be obtained while on the job)
• BPS (Better Process School) Certification Preferred (can be obtained while on the job)
