🌙 **Shift:** 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM\

Chardon Mancan is partnering with a manufacturing facility in Eastlake, OH, in search of a **dependable, hardworking Carbon Extrusion Operator** to join their 3rd shift team! If you have previous manufacturing experience, a strong work ethic, and enjoy working in a hands-on production environment, we want to hear from YOU! 💪🏭
🔧 **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**\
🔹 Monitor extruders and regularly fill hoppers to maintain continuous production\
🔹 Rough cut extruded carbon blocks as they come off the machines\
🔹 Operate cut saws to finish cutting carbon blocks as needed\
🔹 Lift and handle 55 lb bags of carbon material\
🔹 Climb steps and remain on your feet throughout the shift\
🔹 Assist with additional production tasks as assigned by the shift lead\
🔹 Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work environment
✅ **REQUIREMENTS:**\
✔️ Previous manufacturing experience is REQUIRED\
✔️ Strong, verifiable work history\
✔️ Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks\
✔️ Comfortable standing and moving throughout the entire shift\
✔️ Reliable, dependable, and motivated to work\
✔️ Ability to follow safety guidelines and production procedures
