Job Summary:
Mancan Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operator/Assembly Associates for a leading rubber tire patch manufacturing company in Johnstown, OH!
In this position, you will operate production equipment, assemble tire repair products, inspect finished materials, and assist with daily production needs. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment with the opportunity for permanent employment based on attendance and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor production machinery used to manufacture rubber tire repair products.
• Assemble tire patches and related products according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Load raw materials and remove completed products from machines.
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
• Assist with additional production and assembly tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
• Must be available to work mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays.
