Payroll & Administrative Support Specialist

Canton Mancan Professional Staffing Agency is assisting a local Canton company in hiring a Payroll Administrator to provide payroll support.
📍 Location: Canton, OH
📅 Schedule: Full-time
💼 Pay: $16/hr - 18/hr (BOE)
This role may turn into a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candiate. Day to day this person will receive information and responses from our customers via email or customers provided websites and disperse the information to the company.
This candiate will log reported time sheets of our employees while comparing them to GPS records to ensure accuracy. They will collect and gather employee recepits in addation to comparing them against credit card charges.
Required Qualifications:
Experience in a construction/architectural office
CAD experience
Email and professional correspondence
Strong organizational and communication skills
Payroll, Data Entry and Database Mangement
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Mathematics skills
Basic Bookkeeping
Familiarity with Quick Books, Excel and Outlook
