🕒 Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday
⏰ Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
💰 Pay: $15.00–$16.00/hour and can increase based on experience
🏭 Mancan Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing facility in Newbury, OH, seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers to join their team!
These positions will primarily focus on metal stamping and production work, with some material handling responsibilities mixed in. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment and performing a variety of production tasks throughout their shift.
🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 🔩 Stamp part numbers onto various sizes of metal components.
- 📦 Perform material handling duties, including moving, organizing, and transporting materials throughout the production area.
- 🔍 Visually inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- 🛠️ Utilize buffing wheels and other tools to remove burrs and clean metal components as needed.
- ⚙️ Assist with basic assembly and metal bending operations when needed.
- 🧹 Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- ✅ Follow production instructions and quality standards.
- 🤝 Assist with additional general labor and manufacturing duties as assigned.
⭐ QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous manufacturing, stamping, or general labor experience is a plus!
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work effectively with team members.
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on production tasks.
💪 PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to stand for the entire 8-hour shift.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 30 lbs. throughout the workday.
- Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
