🔧 Position: Industrial Electrician
Mancan Staffing is partnering with a manufacturing facility in Chardon, OH, in search of a skilled and dependable Industrial Electrician to join their team!
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong electrical background who enjoys troubleshooting, maintaining industrial equipment, and keeping manufacturing operations running efficiently!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems to minimize downtime.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical components, wiring, motors, and control systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
- Troubleshoot electrical panels, relays, switches, sensors, and other electrical components.
- Assist with troubleshooting CNC machines and other manufacturing equipment.
- Identify electrical malfunctions and implement effective repairs.
- Use electrical testing equipment, including multimeters and other diagnostic tools.
- Follow proper electrical safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
- Work independently and collaborate with maintenance and production teams as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous industrial electrical or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and diagrams.
- Experience working with industrial machinery and electrical controls.
- Knowledge of motors, electrical panels, and control systems.
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus!
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
- Willingness to assist with additional maintenance duties as needed.
