Staffing Specialist — Recruiting, Sales & Customer Relationships
Position overview
We are seeking a proactive, outgoing, results-oriented Staffing Specialist who enjoys recruiting people, conducting interviews, matching candidates with job opportunities, and developing strong customer relationships.
This is an active, people-facing position—not a primarily clerical or paperwork role. The successful candidate will take ownership of filling job openings, finding qualified candidates, communicating with customers, and helping ensure successful placements.
Key responsibilities
• Proactively source, contact, recruit, and interview potential employees.
• Assess candidates' skills, experience, availability, work preferences, and suitability for specific positions.
• Match qualified candidates to customer job requirements and follow through on placements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers through regular communication and on-site visits.
• Contact prospective customers, identify staffing needs, and help develop new business.
• Make recruiting and customer calls, follow up consistently, and respond promptly to changing staffing needs.
• Manage multiple openings and priorities while maintaining accurate records and completing necessary administrative tasks.
• Monitor placement progress and address issues before they become larger problems.

• Recruiting, staffing, sales, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred.
