This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate who demonstrates dedication and proficiency in their work.
Position: Items Processor
Location: Marietta, OH
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Schedule M-F 9-6, rotating Saturdays about 1 per month, 9-1
Skills:
• Ability to set priorities, coordinate workflow, and adapt to changing department needs.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong Attention to detail.
• Efficient, self-motivated, and flexible team player adaptable to change.
• Collaborates closely with various departments, particularly the teller line, to assist with research and issue resolution.
• Familiar with 10 key – data entry is very helpful.
Job Duties:
• Perform data entry of various bank transactions and electronic files.
• Balance transactions and teller files, making necessary corrections.
• Review and approve transactions for mobile and ATM deposits.
• Open, sort, scan, and process lockbox work and loan payments on various systems.
• Perform various clerical duties including answering calls, replying to emails, updating Excel spreadsheets, and filing.
• Download and import various files per the expected schedule.
• Process and review transactions, making necessary adjustments and corrections.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of adjustments, daily logs, and database entries.
• Verify signatures of internal bank checks and customer checks per the bank’s standards, communicating with branches to resolve issues.
