## Job Description
**Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and motivated individual for a CNC Swiss Machine Operator Trainee position!**
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some manufacturing experience who is interested in learning advanced CNC machining equipment and developing a long-term career in precision manufacturing.
The selected candidate will receive **hands-on training on Swiss CNC machines**, which are advanced, high-precision machines used to manufacture detailed components.
**Candidates must be willing to train on 1st shift for several weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift.**
Because of the complexity of the equipment and the training involved, **excellent attendance and dependability are absolutely essential!**
## Job Responsibilities
- Learn to operate advanced Swiss CNC machines through hands-on training.
- Assist with machine setup, operation, and production processes.
- Monitor machines to ensure parts are produced accurately.
- Use calipers and other measuring tools to inspect finished parts.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Identify and report production or quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow instructions from experienced machine operators and supervisors.
- Meet production and quality expectations as training progresses.
## Job Requirements
- Some previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
- **Experience using calipers is a strong plus.**
- **Basic blueprint or print-reading knowledge is highly preferred.**
- Willingness to learn advanced CNC Swiss machining equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
- Must be comfortable working with precision measurements.
- **Must have excellent attendance and reliability.**
- Must be available to train on 1st shift for several weeks.
- Must be willing to transition to 2nd shift after training.
- Updated resume required.
- Must complete an interview.
**Previous Swiss CNC machine experience is not required. Training will be provided!**
