Shift- 1st but subject to change based on needs
Pay- $24- $25, BOE
Responsibilities could include:
• Inspect manufactured parts and components for dimensional accuracy, workmanship, and overall quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.
• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections as required.
• Identify, document, and communicate defects, discrepancies, or nonconforming materials.
• Work closely with machinists, production personnel, and management to resolve quality concerns.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Verify that finished products meet customer requirements and internal quality standards.
• Assist with corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications and Skills
• Previous quality control or manufacturing inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand manufacturing tolerances.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Ability to communicate effectively with production teams and supervisors.
• Dependable, organized, and committed to producing quality work.
• Experience in machining, metal fabrication, or precision manufacturing is a plus.
