Mancan is partnering with a fantastic manufacturing company in Middlefield, OH, looking for dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join their team!
📍 Location: Middlefield, OH
☀️ Shift: 2nd Shift
⏰ Hours: 2:50pm-10:50pm
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday
💰Pay: $19.25 per hour
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate and monitor injection molding and blow molding machinery.
- Inspect finished plastic products for quality and defects.
- Remove, trim, and package finished products as needed.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Follow production guidelines and safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
IDEAL CANDIDATES:
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus!
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
