Location:Warren, OH
Pay:** $17–$20hour
Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Position: Full-Time
Mancan Staffing has partnered with a company in the Warren, Ohio area seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Associate!This hands-on leadership position involves warehouse operations, electronic recycling, customer pickups, shipping/receiving, and training junior employees.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead customer pickups, coordinate logistics, and communicate with clients.
- Load, secure, transport, and organize electronic equipment.
- Supervise and train Junior Logistics Associates.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, packing, and warehouse operations.
- Perform basic vehicle and equipment maintenance.
- Prepare customer reports, complete data entry, and coordinate shipping orders.
- Support Lean processes, Kanban systems, and workplace improvements.
- Maintain safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Work with sales and project management teams to complete customer assignments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or shipping/receiving experience.
- Knowledge of Lean processes and basic vehicle maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with electronic equipment preferred.
- Background check required; employer specifies no felony convictions.
- Occasional Saturday availability required.
