Mancan is partnering with a local manufacturing company in Cambridge, Ohio, to hire dependable and hardworking Extruder Operators and Production Laborers! This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for steady, full-time work with the potential to become a permanent employee.

Pay & Schedule
• Pay: $12.00 per hour
• Shift: Midnight to 8:00 AM (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM)
• Hours: 40 hours per week, plus overtime
• Employment Type: Temporary-to-hire, with the opportunity for permanent employment
Job Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor an extrusion line that produces recycled plastic pellets.
• Fill machine hoppers with plastic resin as needed.
• Monitor the extrusion process and remain near the machine during production.
• Remove boxes as they fill with finished plastic pellets.
• Pack finished products, tape boxes, and stack them onto pallets.
• Move materials and finished products as needed throughout the production area.
• Perform general labor and material-handling duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all production procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and remain active for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 30 pounds.
• Comfortable with bending, pushing, pulling, and repetitive physical tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Excellent attendance, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus.
