# Warehouse Cleaning / General Labor – Alliance, OH
**Pay:** $15.00 per hour
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
**Pay Frequency:** Bi-weekly

Mancan Staffing is seeking dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated individuals for a temporary warehouse cleaning project in Alliance! This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, stays productive with minimal supervision, and is ready to get started immediately. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Sweep floors and perform general floor cleaning.
- Dust warehouse surfaces, shelving, and equipment exteriors.
- Remove adhesive residue from designated surfaces.
- Collect and dispose of trash and debris.
- Organize areas and maintain general cleanliness.
- Clean elevated areas using ladders when needed.
- Perform additional warehouse cleaning duties as assigned.
**Requirements:**
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, and climbing ladders.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
- Willingness to follow all workplace policies.
**Important Cell Phone Policy:** Personal cell phone use is strictly prohibited on production and warehouse floors unless prior authorization is granted. Violations may result in immediate removal from the assignment.
**Working Conditions:** Dust masks and gloves are available. No hazardous chemical exposure is anticipated.
