Mancan is partnering with a local property management firm to hire a Leasing Agent to support the Property Manager with leasing activities and tenant relations. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate.
Pay BOE: $18-$20 and hour
Shift:
Job Summary:
Assisting property manager with day to day tasks
marketing available rental properties
responding to prospective tenant inquiries
conducting property tours
processing rental applications
assisting with the leasing process from initial contact through move-in
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and rental inquiries.
Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective residents.
Market available rental units through online listings, social media, and other advertising channels.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities.
Comfortable using computers, email, online listing platforms, and basic office software.
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
Experience with Yardi software prefered but not required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive applicant information appropriately.
