Mancan is assisting a local construction company in finding a general laborer to help support its remodeling crew. This is a temp to hire position for the right candidate.
Pay: $13.00
Shift: 1st shift 8am to 5 or 6pm as job dictates 8 to 10 hr shifts
Responsibilities:
Assist the remodeling crew with daily construction tasks.
Load, unload, and move building materials, tools, and equipment.
Help with demolition, cleanup, and debris removal.
Prepare work areas and assist with basic remodeling duties.
Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe.
Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced crew members.
Perform other general labor duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Must pass measuremnet test
Previous construction or general labor experience
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn and follow directions.
Ability to work well with a team and follow safety procedures.
