General Laborer – Digital Printing
Location: Wooster, OH
Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Mancan is currently seeking a dependable, detail-oriented General Laborer for a local manufacturing company in Wooster, Ohio. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with computers, machinery, and production materials. The ideal candidate is willing to learn, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in producing quality work.
Job Responsibilities
• Set up and operate digital printing equipment using computer software and machine controls.
• Monitor printed materials for quality, accuracy, alignment, and color consistency.
• Assist with finishing, sorting, packaging, and preparing completed products for shipment.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance, including cleaning print components and changing ink as needed.
• Load, unload, handle, and organize production materials.
• Follow detailed operating procedures and troubleshoot basic equipment or printing issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist other production departments as needed to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
• Comfortable using computers and navigating files, folders, and software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step instructions.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn how to operate and maintain equipment.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely handle production materials.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience
Previous experience in manufacturing, digital printing, machine operation, or equipment maintenance is a plus but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
