Mancan Staffing is hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for an exciting opportunity in Burgettstown, PA! If you have strong industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance skills and enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial production equipment and facility systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Troubleshoot three-phase electrical systems, motor controls, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and control circuits.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Repair and maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, presses, and other industrial machinery.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
Perform precision mechanical work, equipment installations, and basic welding or fabrication as needed.
Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout and electrical safety requirements.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong mechanical and industrial electrical troubleshooting skills.
Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in an industrial environment.
Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background check.
Ability to respond to occasional maintenance emergencies and work additional shifts or weekends as needed.
Preferred: Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motor controls, precision alignment, heavy manufacturing, welding, or millwright work.
