# Hook/Tooling Exchange Operator – $15/HR
**Location:** Niles, OH
**Pay:** $15.00 per hour
**Shift:** 9:00 AM – Close (Approximately 7:00 PM)
**Department:** B-Line
Mancan Staffing is seeking a dependable **Hook/Tooling Exchange Operator** for a manufacturing company in the Niles, Ohio area.
### Job Responsibilities
- Assist with exchanging hooks and tooling on the production line.
- Handle and organize hooks, tools, and production materials.
- Support daily production operations on B-Line.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow company safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Perform additional production duties as assigned.
### Qualifications
- Manufacturing or general labor experience preferred.
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable handling tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Must be available to work until production closes, approximately 7:00 PM.
