🏭 Job Summary:
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Extrusion Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Eastlake! This role is responsible for running the full extrusion process for resin pressurized water vessels while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. No prior extrusion experience? No problem! Training is available for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and mechanical aptitude. 💪
⚙️Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Extrusion Process Oversight
* Run the full extrusion process from raw materials to final inspection
* Follow standard operating procedures and product specs
🔹 Machinery Operation
* Set up, operate, and adjust extrusion equipment
* Monitor machine settings to maintain consistent output
🔹 Quality Control
* Perform in-process inspections and quality checks
* Identify defects and take immediate corrective action
🔹 Material Handling
* Measure, load, and manage resin materials and additives
* Track material usage and report issues
🔹 Troubleshooting & Maintenance
* Diagnose and resolve equipment or process issues
* Work with maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
🔹 Continuous Improvement
* Identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and workflow
* Share ideas and feedback with the team
🔹 Documentation
* Record production data, machine settings, and quality results
* Maintain accurate logs per company standards
🔹 Team Collaboration
* Work closely with engineers, QA, and other operators
* Participate in team meetings and production discussions

✔️ Extrusion or manufacturing experience preferred (training available!)
✔️ Strong mechanical aptitude
✔️ Attention to detail and commitment to quality
✔️ Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
✔️ Safety-focused mindset (PPE, lockout/tagout, material handling)
✔️ Team player with good communication skills
✔️ Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
✔️ Able to follow written instructions and maintain documentation
