Experienced MIG & Flux Welders Needed – Donora, PA
Mancan Staffing is partnering with a Donora-based fabrication shop to hire skilled MIG and Flux Core Welders for their team. This role involves manufacturing heavy-duty furnace components for coal plants.
Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour, with potential increases based on skills and pre-employment weld test results
• Key Skills:
o Proficiency in MIG and flux core welding on heavy steel
o Knowledge of Brake Press operation is a plus
• Requirements:
o Demonstrated experience in welding heavy steel
o Ability to pass a pre-employment weld test
