### Job Description
MANCAN Staffing is currently hiring for Production in Minerva, Ohio! This is a hands-on, physically active position supporting brick panel assembly and keeping production moving efficiently throughout the day.
### Job Responsibilities
- Assist assemblers with putting together brick panels.
- Move cement boards and bricks into position for assembly.
- Move full racks out of the production area and bring in empty racks.
- Keep materials readily available so assemblers can continue working without interruption.
- Assist with quality control and inspect products throughout production.
- Help maintain an organized and productive work area.
- Perform general production and material-handling duties as needed.
### Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Constant lifting, bending, twisting, and moving materials throughout the shift.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding production environment.
- Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required.
