# Quality Control / Finishing Associate
**Location:** Minerva, Ohio
**Pay:** $15.63 per hour
**Shift:** 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
**Schedule:** 40 Hours Per Week

### Job Description
MANCAN Staffing is currently hiring Quality Control / Finishing Associates in Minerva, Ohio! This position is responsible for inspecting completed brick panels, performing finishing work, and ensuring products meet quality standards before being prepared for shipment.
### Job Responsibilities
- Inspect completed brick panels for defects or damage.
- Check panels for any cracks, breaks, or imperfections that may have occurred during the drying process.
- Use a grinder to remove excess mortar and clean up finished panels.
- Ensure all products meet quality expectations before moving forward.
- Carefully stack inspected panels onto skids for shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work as part of a team and assist in other departments as needed to keep production running smoothly.
### Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Constant lifting, bending, twisting, and standing throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding production environment.
- Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear is required.
