**Shift:** 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

### Job Description
MANCAN Staffing is seeking an experienced Wet Saw Operator for a production facility in Minerva, Ohio. This position involves operating a wet saw to cut large cement panels into smaller pieces according to production specifications. Candidates must have prior experience operating cutting equipment and be comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
### Job Responsibilities
- Operate a wet saw to cut large cement panels into smaller pieces for production.
- Measure and cut panels according to required specifications.
- Safely handle and maneuver large cement boards and panels.
- Inspect cuts for accuracy and quality.
- Maintain and monitor cutting equipment.
- Keep the production area clean and organized.
- Work closely with other production employees to keep workflow moving.
- Assist in other departments as needed.
### Requirements
- Previous wet saw operating experience preferred/required.
- Ability to safely operate industrial cutting equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent lifting, bending, twisting, and standing throughout the shift.
- Must be a dependable team player willing to assist other departments.
- Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required.
