Job Description
Mancan Staffing is seeking dependable and hardworking Press Operators for a local plastics molding company. This position involves operating molding presses, inspecting products, and maintaining production quality.

Job Duties
• Operate plastic molding presses and equipment.
• Monitor production and inspect finished products.
• Assist with mold changes and machine adjustments.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Meet daily production goals.

Requirements
• Manufacturing or press operation experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
