Mancan Staffing is assisting a local Industrail facility in hiring a short term Bilinguel LPN
The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English, comfortable working independently, and able to navigate both employee support needs and administrative responsibilities in a manufacturing environment.
Pay is BOE $26-$30 HR
Schedule:7a-4p M-F
Key Responsibilities
Workers’ Compensation & Case Management Support
Assist with coordination and communication between the injured employee, workers’ compensation representatives, BWC-affiliated providers, and other applicable care resources.
Help coordinate appointments, follow-up visits, and other workers’ compensation-related needs.
Assist with tracking appointments, attendance, and related documentation.
Provide Spanish-language communication and support to help ensure the employee understands care coordination and administrative processes.
Help connect the employee with appropriate available community and support resources as needed.
Transportation & Employee Support- Must have own transportation
Provide transportation assistance to and from approved medical appointments or other authorized workers’ compensation-related activities, as needed.
Assist with coordinating appointment schedules and ensuring attendance at required appointments.
Provide practical, non-clinical support to help the employee navigate the workers’ compensation process.
EHS Administrative & First-Aid Support
Provide general administrative support to the EHS/Occupational Health function.
Assist with maintaining employee health-related records and workers’ compensation documentation.
Provide basic first-aid support within the scope of LPN licensure and applicable company protocols.
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate relevant updates to appropriate EHS personnel.
Assist with other temporary occupational health and safety support needs as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio, in good standing.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
Current automobile insurance and an acceptable driving record.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and medical information appropriately.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and demonstrate compassion, patience, and sound judgment.
