Mancan Staffing is seeking a RELIABLE Building Maintenance Technician!
Looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, hands-on, and willing to jump in wherever needed? This is a GREAT career opportunity for someone with general building maintenance experience and plumbing knowledge!
🔧 **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:**
- General building maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
- Basic plumbing, including fixing toilet leaks, clogs, and other minor plumbing issues
- HVAC knowledge is a PLUS, but not required
- Landscaping and general outdoor property maintenance
- Seasonal snow removal and keeping walkways clear and safe
- General cleaning, light janitorial duties, and maintaining clean work areas
- Changing light bulbs and completing minor repairs
- Setting up and tearing down for events, meetings, and other activities
- Moving furniture, equipment, and other items as needed
- Daily walkthroughs of two buildings on the same property to ensure lights, doors, and everything else are in proper working order
- Assisting with various maintenance and facility needs to keep the property clean, safe, organized, and running smoothly
📅 **SCHEDULE:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
🚨 **ADDITIONAL AVAILABILITY:** Must be available for occasional call-ins outside of regularly scheduled hours in the event of emergencies, unexpected maintenance issues, or other unforeseen facility needs.
💲 **PAY:** $17–$20/hour, based on experience
📋 **REQUIREMENTS:**
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Plumbing knowledge REQUIRED
- General building maintenance experience preferred
- Must be dependable, motivated, hardworking, and willing to work!
