Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Mancan Staffing is partnering with a local company to find a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service / Sales Support Representative! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, solving problems, and being part of a team.
### Job Responsibilities
- Answer and screen incoming telephone calls, directing customers to the appropriate department or representative.
- Assist customers with orders, quotes, product availability, order tracking, and expedited requests.
- Enter customer orders, process sales invoices, and submit product requests to supply plants.
- Communicate with customers regarding backorders, credit concerns, order availability, and order updates.
- Work closely with sales center representatives and plant departments to gather information and resolve customer needs.
- Complete daily paperwork and administrative tasks to support sales center operations.
- Provide professional, timely, and friendly customer service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
### Qualifications
- 1–3 years of customer service experience; door industry experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong math skills.
- Ability to learn new products, systems, and processes.
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
