Our Company is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk to assist with our daily office functions. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to multi-task is essential in this position. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.
Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities:
1. Answer incoming calls and assume receptionist duties when needed
2. Generate memos, emails, and reports when appropriate.
3. Assume responsibility for the maintenance of office equipment, including computers copy machines and fax machines.
4. Enter orders into our ERP Systems – Data Entry Tasks
5. Process Customer’s Invoices
6. Maintain officer supplies by checking inventory and order items
Required Administrative Assistant/Data Entry Clerk skills:
1. MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel
2. The Ability to use the Internet to utilize Google to look up particular items (Chrome or IE)
3. Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
4. Exceptional communication skills
5. Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
This is a full time (Monday through Friday 8am-5pm) temp to hire position, pay will be based on experience.
