Production Team Leader

Mancan Staffing has jobs in New Eagle! We are hiring a Lead Operators for 2nd and 3rd shift for a busy manufacturing facility. This job consists of leading multiple departments, performing all aspects of preparing and operating the production line equipment, including loading and unloading product, gathering samples, inspecting and preparing product for shipment.
Qualifications:
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience manufacturing, warehouse, or other related experience.
• Able to use scales and various measuring tools.
• Able to perform basic math skills, read and understand work instructions including formulations.
• Operate various types of material handling equipment such as forklifts, conveyors, hoists, hoppers, and totes..
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to withstand the physical pressures of constant standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, sitting, extremes of hot and cold, as well as carrying, lifting, pushing and pulling heavy objects, work in environment of airborne dust particles, vibrations, and moving mechanical parts.
This position is temp to permanent for the right candidate, will require some overtime as needed and may require working rotating shifts. Pay starts at $16.25 per hour with room for advancement.
