Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator for a manufacturing facility in Washington, PA. The Machine Operator will play a crucial role in the production process, operating various machines to create products to meet quality standards. Candidates with prior machine operation experience or those who are mechanically inclined are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machines according to set instructions and guidelines.
Ensure the efficient and safe operation of machinery to produce high-quality products.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning as required.
Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain productivity.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow.
Requirements:
Mechanical inclination and aptitude to operate machines efficiently.
Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods as required in a production setting.
Attention to detail to monitor machine performance and product quality.
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Shift and Employment:
This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position. The schedule may vary based on production needs, and candidates should be available to work on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Shifts may fall within the following timeframes: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, 5:00 am to 1:00 pm, and 5:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Pay:
The pay for this position will be based on the candidate's experience and skill level.
