As a full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in repairing and maintaining plant equipment, ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing facility.
Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Equipment Expertise: Repair and maintain a wide range of plant equipment, including presses, furnaces, grinders, saws, cranes, forklifts, and overhead lighting.
Mechanical Mastery: Skillfully repair and replace motors, belts, pulleys, and troubleshoot high voltage electrical systems (ranging from 110-480 VAC).
Air Tool Proficiency: Perform repairs on various air tools, ensuring their optimal performance.
Experience-Based Pay: Compensation will be based on your experience, with starting rates at $20 per hour.
Physical Demands/Requirements:
Tool Proficiency: Proficient in operating various hand tools.
Mechanical Aptitude: A strong mechanical knowledge of a variety of equipment.
Furnace Familiarity: Knowledge of natural gas furnaces is a plus.
