Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech for a manufacturing company in Charleroi, PA. As a Mechanic, your main responsibilities will involve fixing machines, printers, and building items as needed. The ideal candidate should have mechanical knowledge and experience. This is a temp-to-perm position, and the pay rate will be based on experience, ranging from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform repairs and maintenance on machines and printers.
Assist in building items as required by the manufacturing process.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and resolve them efficiently.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Mechanical knowledge and experience are required for this role.
Prior experience in fixing machines and printers is preferred.
Physical capability to perform manual labor tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Shift and Pay:
The work schedule for this position is 1st shift, from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm. The pay rate will be based on experience, ranging from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour.
