Hourly Pay: $19.00 - $21.00/hour (based on experience)
Position Summary:
As a Fabrication Technician, you'll be responsible for assembling and fabricating chemical feed equipment, ensuring precision in line with project blueprints. Attention to detail is paramount in this role.
Position Responsibilities:
• Detect and report drawing inaccuracies to the Foreman.
• Construct fluid control systems adhering to design specifications.
• Conduct functional testing and pressure tests on completed systems.
• Maintain quality records and tool inventory.
• Verify parts against Bills of Material.
Required:
• One year of manufacturing experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in welding, machining, home improvement tasks, or plumbing.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and proficiency with hand tools.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to analyze mechanical and electro/mechanical system failures and work with schematic drawings.
• Must pass in-house forklift certification.
