Maintenance Technician

Mancan Staffing is skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct hire position at a leading specialty manufacturer located in Canonsburg, PA. We are currently offering a competitive pay range of $21.00 - $33.62 per hour based on experience, along with an alternating weekly schedule between 7:00 am - 3:00 pm and 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
• Performing routine preventative maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality and reduce downtime.
• Conducting thorough troubleshooting of machinery to identify and address potential issues promptly.
• Executing timely and effective repairs to production machines, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
• Collaborating with production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any additional recommendations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with a focus on troubleshooting and repairing production machinery.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals and blueprints.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication purposes.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
