Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. This position involves responding to incoming calls using a Computer Softphone system. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in navigating a Windows Operating System, and possess a strong ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information and assistance to resolve customer inquiries
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Navigate efficiently through a Windows Operating System
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in navigating a Windows Operating System
- Quick learner and technically adept
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Availability:
Candidates must be available to work Monday through Saturday, with flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business needs.
