Mancan Staffing is hiring for a Shift Supervisor for a manufacturing company in Charleroi to oversee production for 2nd shift (2:30pm to 12:15am). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, able to keep calm under pressure, and be trustworthy. Candidates must have prior supervisory or production lead experience. This is a temp to perm position, pay will be based on experience.
