Mancan Staffing, located in McMurray, is currently seeking a fully skilled Maintenance Electrician for a direct hire opportunity in Canonsburg, PA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the maintenance and operation of industrial equipment, ensuring the continuous and efficient functioning of various machinery.
Responsibilities:
Service all parts of conveyors, motors, controls, augers, pumps, furnaces, wrappers, lifts, bag sealers, and air compressors.
Possess thorough knowledge of power distribution and instrumentation in a heavy industrial environment.
Communicate effectively with plant managers and the Human Resource Department on a daily basis.
Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Previous on-the-job experience as a Maintenance Electrician in a heavy industrial setting.
Thorough knowledge of power distribution and instrumentation.
Exceptional troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and reliably.
Effective communication skills for daily interaction with plant managers and the Human Resource Department.
