Barberton Mancan is assisting a busy Akron company that is in need of a Roof Walker for immediate hire!
Schedule-6:30a-4:30p Monday - Friday
Some Saturday overtime possible 8a-11pm as needed
Pay depends on experience $17-$20/hr
This is a full time, year round position.

Job Description:
Will be responsible for safely accessing and walking on roofs to inspect conditions, identify damage, take measurements, or document findings.
Typical Duties:
Inspect roofs for damage, leaks, or wear (shingles, flashing, gutters)
Take photos and document roof conditions
Measure roof dimensions and layout
Identify safety hazards or structural issues
Report findings to supervisors, contractors, or insurance adjusters
Occasionally assist with minor repairs or maintenance
Requirements:
Ability to work at heights comfortably
Good balance and physical fitness
Attention to detail for accurate inspections
Basic knowledge of roofing materials (helpful but often trained)
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
