1st shift PT hours between 7a-3:30p Mon-Fri
$18- 21/hr pay based on experience

Material Handler – Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
Compare, count, weigh, and measure items to ensure accuracy against bills of lading, invoices, and orders
Prepare materials for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation
Determine appropriate shipping methods based on procedures, routes, and delivery requirements
Assemble and prepare containers (wooden or cardboard) and properly secure contents using padding, fillers, and strapping equipment
Label, stamp, or stencil shipping information on containers
Load and unload incoming shipments; inspect for damage and report shortages or discrepancies
Route materials to appropriate departments or storage areas
Ensure outgoing shipments meet company and customer specifications
Maintain inventory of shipping and packaging materials
Operate forklifts or hand trucks to move materials safely throughout the facility
Assist with returned or defective goods and help resolve shipping issues
Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping procedures
May assist in directing workflow for shipping and receiving activities
Job Expectations:
Perform all duties efficiently, accurately, and safely
Maintain a strong attention to detail in all tasks
Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and teamwork
Adapt to frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Maintain consistent attendance
Requirements:
Ability to operate or learn forklift operation
Valid Driver's license with 2 or less points
Basic math and recordkeeping skills
Strong organizational skills
Previous warehouse/shipping experience preferred
Work Environment:
Combination of standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs required
Fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting
