Mancan Staffing is currently hiring Manufacturing Laborers to work in a local manufacturing facility in Lawrenceville. As a Manufacturing Laborer, your primary responsibilities will include inspecting parts on a conveyor belt for defects, using a hand grinder to remove any defects found, and performing powder coating on the parts. This is a crucial role in the production process, ensuring the quality of the final product.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect parts on a conveyor belt for any defects or imperfections.
Use a hand grinder to remove defects and ensure product quality.
Perform powder coating on the parts to meet production standards.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth production flow.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
Capable of standing for the entire shift and bending frequently as required.
Attention to detail to identify and remove defects effectively.
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Must have own transportation.
Shifts:
2nd Shift: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
3rd Shift: 7:00 pm to 3:00 am
Pay and Employment:
This is a temporary-to-permanent position, offering a pay rate of $18.31 per hour.
