Mancan Staffing is actively seeking dedicated Manufacturing Laborers to join our team at a local manufacturing facility in Lawrenceville. If you have a background in manufacturing and possess skills in assembly, grinding, welding, and powder coating, we want to hear from you. Own transportation is essential for this role as bus line candidates will not be considered.
Position Overview:
As a Manufacturing Laborer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes. Your main responsibilities will include inspecting parts for defects, utilizing hand grinders to rectify any imperfections, and performing powder coating to meet our stringent standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly inspect parts on a conveyor belt to identify defects or irregularities.
- Utilize hand grinders to remove defects and uphold product quality.
- Execute powder coating procedures in accordance with production requirements.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate closely with team members to optimize production flow.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in heavy manufacturing, forklift operation, grinding, and the use of hand tools and measuring devices is preferred.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of standing for extended periods and bending as needed throughout the shift.
- Keen attention to detail for effective defect identification and removal.
- Dependable, punctual, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Shifts: (Training provided on 1st shift)
- 2nd Shift: 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- 3rd Shift: 7:00 pm to 3:00 am
Pay and Employment:
