Work Hours: 40 hours per week (7:30 am - 4:00 pm)

Columbiana Company is a reputable construction and plumbing company dedicated to providing high-quality services to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Laborer, with the potential for advancement to a Plumbing Apprentice role.
Responsibilities:
*Assist plumbers with various tasks on job sites, following their guidance and instructions.
*Possess a solid understanding of basic construction principles and techniques.
*Utilize and maintain a variety of tools and equipment, demonstrating proficiency and safety consciousness.
*Read and interpret measurements using a tape measure accurately.
*Physically able to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling materials as required.
*Load and unload trucks, transporting materials to and from supply houses and job sites.
*Maintain organized inventory of materials, tools, and equipment; ensure proper storage.
*Perform building maintenance duties, both interior and exterior, to keep areas clean, organized, and presentable.
*Uphold a professional and tidy company image while interacting with clients and colleagues.
*Participate in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
*Potential opportunity to progress into a Plumbing Apprentice role, learning and developing plumbing skills under supervision.
Qualifications:
*Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools.
*Proficiency in reading and interpreting measurements using a tape measure.
*Physical ability to handle manual tasks involving lifting, bending, and moving materials.
*Valid driver's license with 0 - 2 points and no recent DUIs in 7 years.
*Strong work ethic, dedication, and willingness to learn and work hard.
*Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain a clean workspace.
*Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
*Attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
*Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
*Prior experience in construction or plumbing is a plus.
