**Location:** Marlboro-based Company 📍
**Shift:** 1st Shift (M-TH, 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM) ⏰, with occasional Friday work.
**Wage:** $15.40 per hour 💵
#### Requirements:
- Mechanical inclination and interest in pursuing a long-term career with opportunities for internal promotion. 📈
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and physically maneuver around, between, and under machines. 💪
- Prior experience with machine setup and operation in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 🔍

#### Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Bag Machine Setup Operator to join our Converting Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and operating bag-making machinery used in our manufacturing process. This role involves a combination of technical expertise, physical activity, and attention to detail to ensure high-quality production output. 🏭🔧
#### Key Responsibilities:
1. **Machine Setup:** ⚙️
- Configure and set up bag-making equipment according to production specifications.
- Ensure proper alignment and settings to meet production requirements.
2. **Material Handling:** 📦
- Load raw materials, such as rolls of plastic film or paper, into the machine.
- Monitor material supply throughout the production process.
3. **Quality Control:** ✅
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure bags meet quality standards.
- Check for defects and make necessary adjustments.
4. **Troubleshooting:** 🛠️
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery.
5. **Production Monitoring:** 📊
- Oversee the bag-making process and monitor machine performance.
- Adjust machine settings to ensure optimal efficiency.
