We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Service Technicians to join our team in Sugarcreek. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for executing warranty work on sold homes in accordance with the service work order, ensuring a seamless customer service experience. This role is crucial to maintaining customer satisfaction, and the successful candidate will play a key part in addressing and resolving common service issues associated with new manufactured homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform warranty work on sold homes as outlined in the service work order
Address and repair common service issues associated with new manufactured homes
Utilize a diverse set of construction and home-building skills to meet job requirements
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and resolving issues promptly
Contribute to a positive customer experience throughout the warranty service process
Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet service objectives
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction and home-building
Strong technical skills related to manufactured home systems and components
Ability to read and interpret service work orders

The work hours for this position are from 7:00 AM to approximately 4:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on the workload and task completion. The weekly commitment typically ranges between 40 to 50 hours, reflecting the dynamic nature of the responsibilities involved.
As part of the role, you will be required to travel Monday through Friday to fulfill job requirements. Despite the weekday travel, it is emphasized that you will consistently return home every weekend. This schedule structure is designed to balance the demands of the position with the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
