**Primary Functions:**
- 📋 Match employee skills to customer requirements
- 🤝 Provide top-notch customer service
- 📊 Monitor employee attendance and performance
- 🛠️ Troubleshoot and resolve problems or complaints
- 📣 Coach and counsel associates for quality performance
- 🎯 Recruit new talent
**Qualifications:**
- 🚗 Must have a reliable vehicle

You'll enjoy a $50k base salary plus monthly commissions! 🤑
Hours are Monday-Friday 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm with some extended hours nights and weekends(once a month)
🌈 Realistic first-year earnings: $55k - $65k+ (sky's the limit!)
