Staffing for a full-service conveyor manufacturer with over 140 years experience in the conveyor manufacturing and material handling industry located in Baltimore Ohio

This position is for someone who is capable of developing and running a software package for Simulations & has Knowledge of Conveyers.
Resume and Interview Based.
Design and Analysis: Develop and create detailed designs of mechanical components and systems, considering factors such as functionality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Use computer-aided design (CAD) software for modeling and simulations.
Research and Development: Conduct research to stay updated on new technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes. Apply innovative solutions to enhance product performance and efficiency.
Prototyping and Testing: Build prototypes of mechanical systems and conduct thorough testing to evaluate their performance and identify areas for improvement. Analyze test results and make necessary adjustments to designs.
Manufacturing Support: Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure that products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards. Provide guidance on fabrication processes and troubleshoot any manufacturing issues that may arise.
Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, including setting timelines, budgets, and milestones. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems, ensuring proper functionality and longevity. Develop maintenance procedures and provide technical support as needed.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that designs and products comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations. Stay informed about changes in regulations and update designs accordingly.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and professionals from various disciplines to integrate mechanical systems into larger projects, such as buildings, vehicles, or industrial machinery.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and manuals. Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement in mechanical systems. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies within the field.
$30-$50 per hour Depending on Experience.
Hours will Vary as this will be primarily a work from home position.
You will need to be able to Read blue prints & Have Auto CAD experience.
