A local Macedonia company is looking for a 1st shift Silk Screen Operator
7:30am-7:30pm
Rotating Schedule
Job Responsibilities:
Gather correct materials, inks, dies and screens need to run job
Set up and run press
Perform product checks
Performs checks for compliance to customer specifications and quality standards
Maintain press
Package finished products off press
Complies with company personnel and safety polices and good manufacturing practices
Performs other duties as required
Education/ Previous Experience:
High school diploma or GED.
2 years of printing experience
Competent math and computer skills
Mechanical aptitude
Quality minded with strict attention to
Must be motivated to work without constant supervision in a group setting with ability to help peers.
Physical Requirements:
Frequently required to lift and or move weights up to 35 lbs.
Use of Personal protective equipment on the production floor (PPE)
Physical requirements include but not limited to sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, carrying, pulling, pushing, stooping, crouching, color determination and grasping.
